Quality PolicyISO 9001

in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015

“DIMIOURGIKI ATE” is committed to providing services of consistently high quality across all its activities, which comprise undertaking and executing all types of public and private engineering and construction projects (roadworks, building works, hydraulic works, port works, electromechanical works, industrial and energy projects), and maintaining and providing technical support for electrical machines and electromechanical installations. The company's aim is to fully satisfy the requirements of project owners and its other clients, meet contractual deadlines and specifications, and consolidate its reputation as a reliable contractor.

For this purpose, the company implements a Quality Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015 and commits to:

  • Complying with project technical specifications, public procurement legislation (Greek Law 4412/2016) and all applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Executing the projects it undertakes to a high standard, on time and within the approved budget, with full documentation (measurement records, payment statements and project records).
  • Providing all the necessary resources — competent and trained personnel, suitable construction machinery, and reliable suppliers and subcontractors — for the smooth operation of the System.
  • Establishing measurable quality objectives, monitoring their achievement and reviewing them as part of the Management Review.
  • Identifying and addressing the risks and opportunities associated with its activities.
  • Continually improving the effectiveness of its Quality Management System and customer satisfaction.

The Quality Policy is communicated to all personnel, is available to interested parties and is reviewed annually for its continuing suitability. Its implementation is the responsibility and obligation of all the company's employees and partners.

Environmental PolicyISO 14001

in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015

“DIMIOURGIKI ATE” recognises environmental protection as an integral part of its operations and commits to carrying out its activities with respect for the natural environment and the local communities in which it operates. These activities comprise undertaking and executing all types of public and private engineering and construction projects (roadworks, building works, hydraulic works, port works, electromechanical works, industrial and energy projects), and maintaining and providing technical support for electrical machines and electromechanical installations.

For this purpose, the company implements an Environmental Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 14001:2015 and commits to:

  • Complying with environmental legislation, the approved environmental conditions for its projects and the other compliance obligations it has undertaken.
  • Protecting the environment and preventing pollution by controlling dust and noise emissions, the handling of fuels and lubricants, and the impacts of its construction sites.
  • Managing excavation, construction and demolition waste and other waste responsibly, while promoting reuse and recycling.
  • Using natural resources, energy, fuels, water and raw materials sustainably.
  • Taking the life cycle of its projects and the impacts of climate change into account when planning and executing them.
  • Establishing and reviewing environmental objectives and targets, and continually improving its Environmental Management System and environmental performance.

The Environmental Policy is communicated to all personnel and the company's partners, is available to interested parties and is reviewed annually for its continuing suitability.

Occupational Health and Safety PolicyISO 45001

in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018

“DIMIOURGIKI ATE” regards the health and safety of its employees as its highest priority and is committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and ill health at its head office and at all construction sites for the projects it executes. Its activities comprise undertaking and executing all types of public and private engineering and construction projects (roadworks, building works, hydraulic works, port works, electromechanical works, industrial and energy projects), and maintaining and providing technical support for electrical machines and electromechanical installations.

For this purpose, the company implements an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 45001:2018 and commits to:

  • Complying with occupational health and safety legislation (Greek Law 3850/2010 and Presidential Decree 305/1996) and other applicable requirements, preparing and implementing Health and Safety Plans and Files (SAY/FAY) and Occupational Risk Assessments for each project.
  • Eliminating hazards and reducing occupational health and safety risks at source, applying the hierarchy of controls and providing the necessary personal and collective protective equipment and measures.
  • Aiming for zero serious accidents by establishing and reviewing measurable occupational health and safety objectives.
  • Ensuring the consultation and participation of workers and their representatives in health and safety matters.
  • Continually training and raising awareness among personnel, subcontractors and construction site visitors.
  • Continually improving its Management System and occupational health and safety performance.

The Policy is communicated to all personnel and the company's partners, is available to interested parties and is reviewed annually for its continuing suitability. Its implementation is everyone's responsibility and obligation.

Road Traffic Safety PolicyISO 39001

in accordance with the requirements of ISO 39001:2012

“DIMIOURGIKI ATE” recognises that road traffic safety is a critical aspect of its operations, as its activities include the daily movement of personnel, vehicles and construction machinery from its head office to construction sites, the transport of materials, and the execution of work on or near roads open to traffic (roadworks). It is committed to preventing road traffic incidents and reducing — with the ultimate aim of eliminating — the deaths and serious injuries associated with them.

For this purpose, the company implements a Road Traffic Safety Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 39001:2012 and commits to:

  • Complying with the Greek Highway Code and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements relating to road traffic safety.
  • Providing complete, approved work-zone signage for projects carried out on or near the road network, protecting workers and road users.
  • Keeping its vehicles and construction machinery in excellent condition through preventive maintenance programmes and the required technical inspections.
  • Systematically training and raising awareness among its drivers and operators, ensuring that they hold the required licences, and promoting safe driving behaviour: observing speed limits, wearing seat belts, avoiding driving while fatigued or under the influence of substances, and not using mobile phones while driving.
  • Planning travel and routes efficiently, taking into account weather conditions in the area in which it operates (snowfall, frost).
  • Establishing and monitoring road traffic safety performance indicators and measurable targets, investigating road traffic incidents and near misses, and taking appropriate corrective action.
  • Continually improving its Road Traffic Safety Management System and road traffic safety performance.

The Road Traffic Safety Policy is communicated to all personnel and the company's partners, is available to interested parties and is reviewed annually for its continuing suitability.

Energy PolicyISO 50001

in accordance with the requirements of ISO 50001:2018

“DIMIOURGIKI ATE” recognises that the rational use of energy is a key factor in its sustainability, competitiveness and environmental responsibility. The company's energy consumption is mainly associated with the operation of its construction machinery and vehicles at construction sites, as well as the operation of its offices and facilities.

For this purpose, the company implements an Energy Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 50001:2018 and commits to:

  • Continually improving its energy performance and the effectiveness of its Energy Management System.
  • Ensuring the availability of the information and resources required to achieve its energy objectives and targets.
  • Complying with applicable legal and other requirements relating to energy efficiency, energy use and energy consumption.
  • Systematically monitoring fuel and electricity consumption, carrying out preventive maintenance on its fleet of machinery and vehicles, and planning work and travel efficiently.
  • Supporting the procurement of energy-efficient products and services, and taking improvements in energy performance into account when planning its activities and replacing its equipment.
  • Establishing and reviewing energy objectives and targets as part of the Management Review.

Business Continuity PolicyISO 22301

in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22301:2019

“DIMIOURGIKI ATE” is committed to ensuring business continuity, recognising the critical importance of maintaining its operations even under unforeseen circumstances. This policy establishes the framework for creating, implementing, maintaining and improving the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), in accordance with the international standard ISO 22301:2019, and covers all company functions, activities and systems associated with undertaking and executing public and private engineering and construction projects, and maintaining and providing technical support for electrical machines and electromechanical installations. It applies to the head office, construction sites, personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, partners and critical functions that support the company's activities.

The company ensures preparedness and resilience through appropriate procedures, training and technological solutions, and develops resilience measures to reduce the effects of operational disruptions. It establishes clear incident response procedures, activates crisis management teams and implements response plans. It prioritises the rapid recovery of critical functions within defined time frames (RTO, RPO) and protects people and resources — personnel, facilities, construction sites, machinery and data — through preventive measures and backup systems, while ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and ISO 22301.

The policy sets specific objectives:

  • Maintaining critical functions even during disruptions.
  • Reducing the impact of incidents affecting activities.
  • Maintaining the trust of project owners, partners and other interested parties.
  • Complying with the applicable regulatory framework and contractual obligations.

Management commits to providing all the resources necessary to develop, implement and maintain the BCMS, ensuring the active participation of employees and partners, communicating the importance of business continuity to all interested parties, and incorporating the results of exercises, tests and actual incidents to continually improve the system. All employees are responsible for implementing this policy. The policy is available to all interested parties, is communicated to personnel and is reviewed annually or whenever changes are required.

The Company does not collect special categories of (“sensitive”) data through the Website, and you are requested not to include such data in your messages.

4. Recipients of the data

Your personal data are neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Access is limited to the strictly necessary authorised personnel of the Company and technical service providers acting on its behalf as data processors (the Website hosting and technical support provider, the network and security service provider Cloudflare, and Google for the embedded map and traffic statistics), who are bound by appropriate contractual obligations of confidentiality and data protection. Data may be disclosed to public or judicial authorities where required by law.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of the above providers (Cloudflare, Google) may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are made on the basis of the safeguards provided for in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Data retention period

Your data are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the relevant processing purpose. In particular, contact data are retained for as long as required to handle your request and for a reasonable period after it has been completed; complaint data are retained for the period specified by the Company's certified Management System; and browsing data are retained in accordance with the Cookie Policy. In all cases, data may be retained for longer where required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

7. Data security

The Company takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorised disclosure or access. Communication with the Website takes place over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS), while access to data is limited to strictly necessary authorised personnel.

8. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the rights of access to your data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The Company responds to your requests within one month, with the possibility of an extension as provided for in Article 12 of the GDPR. 9. Minors
