The project concerns the construction of the Servia Cultural Centre. The building consists of two levels, which accommodate the following spaces:

Ground Floor:

With a covered area of 905.97 m², this level includes auxiliary spaces such as the boiler room, oil tank room, fire-fighting equipment room and water tank room, storage areas, staff and public WCs, as well as the main functional areas, including offices, learning/activity rooms for activities such as board games, table tennis, music, dance, etc., and a library.

First Floor:

This level has a total area of 873.51 m² and accommodates a folklore exhibition room, a conference hall with a stage, a foyer and a cafeteria. The conference hall also includes a mezzanine level, which accommodates the hall’s auxiliary functions, such as projection and interpreting facilities, etc. The mezzanine is accessed via an internal staircase.
