The project concerns the construction of a building complex providing support services for persons with intellectual disabilities and co-occurring mental disorders. The complex, entitled “Support Facility for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and Co-occurring Mental Disorders (Autism) – Day Care Centre – Supported Living Facilities”, consists of two wings:

Wing A – Supported Living Facilities

The western side of the site accommodates Wing A (Building A), which houses the supported living facilities.

Building A consists of a basement and two floors with a typical floor plan. The basement, with an area of 337.76 m², accommodates the electromechanical installations and storage areas.

The ground floor and first floor, each with a typical floor area of 337.36 m², will each accommodate one supported living facility, serving six persons with autism and intellectual disabilities.

Wing B – Day Care Centre

The eastern side of the site accommodates the second wing, Wing B (Building B), which houses the day care centre.

The building consists of two floors. Due to the slope of the site, one of the levels comprises a partial basement with an area of 282.12 m² and a partial ground floor with an area of 275.71 m².

The first floor, with an area of 557.83 m², accommodates the educational and activity functions of the centre.

The two wings are connected by an open-air covered passageway (arcade).
