The project concerns the construction of the internal and external water supply networks in the settlement of Drepano, Municipality of Kozani. More specifically, it includes the construction of an internal water supply network with a total length of 22,700 m, using HDPE pipelines rated at 12.5 bar in various diameters, together with the construction of the necessary isolation, inspection, branch and drain valve chambers to ensure the proper operation of the network. The project also includes the construction of a new water reservoir with a capacity of 250 m³, the construction of a new pumping station, the interconnection and commissioning of an existing reservoir through the installation of new equipment, as well as the construction of 650 service connection points for consumers in the settlement of Drepano who will be served by the new network and already have existing connections. The project also includes the supply and installation of the necessary fire hydrants.

The internal network of the settlement is divided into three distinct water supply zones.

The external water supply network comprises:

Rising main supplying the new D2 reservoir, using an HDPE Ø225 pipeline rated at 32 bar, with a length of 1,380 m.

Supply pipeline to the existing D1 reservoir, using an HDPE Ø125 pipeline rated at 12.5 bar, with a length of 240 m.

Construction of a new interconnecting rising main supplying the new A1 pumping station, using an HDPE Ø225 pipeline rated at 12.5 bar, with a length of 1,650 m.

Construction of a gravity supply pipeline to the new pressure-reducing chamber (PRC) from the new D2 reservoir, using an HDPE Ø110 pipeline rated at 12.5 bar, with a length of 100 m.
