The project concerns the required works for the modernisation of the kitchen facilities of the operational Police Constables’ Training School. The kitchens are located on the ground floor of the main building of the Grevena Police Constables’ Training School (a two-storey building with an intermediate floor and basement) and occupy an area of approximately 175.00 m². The works carried out were as follows:

Removal and dismantling works, including the removal of tiles, any existing floor tiling, wooden kitchen worktops and cabinets, and metal structures.

Wall finishes with ceramic tiles.

Construction of new kitchen worktops and cabinets.

Replacement of all internal window and door frames, including the installation of metal frames.

Painting of all internal surfaces.

Repairs to masonry and plasterwork.

Upgrade of the water supply system.

Upgrade of the drainage and sewerage system.

Upgrade of the electrical installation.

Installation of an automatic fire suppression system.
